At Dairy Boy, we want your new favorites to fit perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely package your items in their original Dairy Boy mailer if possible.
Drop Off Your Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
